Swipik ("the app") is a macOS application that helps you triage and organize photos already on your device. It is provided by Joujik ("we", "us").
Your photos are yours. Swipik operates only on the folder you choose and only moves files into keep / later / trash subfolders — it never deletes, uploads, or transmits your files. You are responsible for your own files and for keeping backups.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms.
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and don't use it to process content you don't have the right to.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or files. Always keep backups of important photos.
Swipik collects no data and makes no network connections. See our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
